These terms describe use of the Bew website and private-test app. Bew is currently being developed; features, availability and test arrangements may change.

Use Bew with care

Use Bew for lawful communication with people you know. Do not harass, impersonate, distribute harmful or unlawful material, attempt to access another person’s account, or abuse the service. Only share content you have the right to share, with consideration for the people shown or heard in it.

Keep your login credentials and devices secure. Your Apple or Google identity is a login credential for your own Bew account. Provider sign-in does not prove age or parental authority. Children’s participation requires the parental involvement and permissions applicable to their use; those safeguards remain part of the ongoing development and testing work.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you send. You allow Bew and its service providers to process, store and deliver it as needed to provide the features you use. Your recipients receive the content you choose to share with them.

Messages have expiry rules explained in the privacy policy. Expiry cannot prevent a recipient from making a copy, and it is not a promise of instantaneous removal from every cache or backup.

Private testing and availability

The app is in private testing and can contain defects or interruptions. Do not rely on it as your only way to preserve important information or communicate an urgent matter. Bew is not an emergency service. The current test version does not provide end-to-end encryption.

We can change or suspend test features, or limit access when necessary to address security, abuse or operational issues. We will address account and data requests through the available app tools or the contact below. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

This website

The website introduces Bew and supplies service information. Its illustrative previews are not real accounts, testimonials or a browser version of the app. Clicking the preview controls does not record, upload or send a message.

Brand assets belong to their respective owners. Preview photographs are used as illustrations under the Unsplash license; the self-hosted Nunito font is distributed under the SIL Open Font License.
